Welcome to Thaigai-Niki, a fan group for the pop-culture community in Thailand. Our mission is to bring fans together by organizing creative projects, from fan-made merchandise to live events.
What We Do
- Fan-Made Merchandise: We collaborate with artists to create unique items like the “Pebble Thai Pants.” Proceeds are reinvested into future community projects.
- Live Events & Meetups: We organize gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as the “miComet 5th Anniversary Tuk-Tuk Project.”
- Community Support: We host giveaways and help promote Thai and international fan projects to the Thai community.

We take your privacy seriously. The information we collect (name, address, email, phone number) is used solely for the purpose of processing and shipping your order. We will not share or use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

What does the Order Status mean?
- On hold: Your order has been received and is awaiting payment confirmation. Please note that if payment is not confirmed within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Processing: We have received your payment and your order is now being prepared for shipment.
- Shipped: Your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email, and it will also be available in your account.
- Cancelled: This order has been cancelled.
- Failed: Your payment could not be processed. This order was not completed.
Do I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
Yes. The prices on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any fees charged by your country’s customs office when the package arrives. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details if you are unsure about the potential charges.
Shipping & Delivery Policy (multiple vendors)
Our marketplace features products from multiple independent Vendors.
Since items are shipped directly by different Vendors from various locations, shipping fees are calculated separately for each Vendor in your cart. This ensures fair shipping costs and timely delivery from each origin.
How do we ship orders with multiple items (including pre-orders and in-stock)?
They will be shipped together once all items are available. The shipping date will be determined by the item with the latest release date. To receive in-stock items faster, please order them separately.
