Damages and Issues
We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you receive an item that is significantly defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are here to help.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you find any of the following issues:
- The item is clearly broken or damaged (not due to shipping).
- There is a major manufacturing defect (e.g., significant printing error).
- You received the wrong item, number or size from what you ordered.
How to Report an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to our social media Facebook or X .
- Provide your Order Number and the Name used for the purchase.
- Clearly describe the issue.
- Attach clear photos and/or a video of the defective or incorrect item. This is required for us to assess the situation.
Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim, we will review the case. If your claim is approved, we will do our best to offer a solution, which is typically a replacement of the same item.
Please note that since our products are limited-run, a replacement may not always be available. In such rare cases, we will discuss an alternative solution with you.
