Overview & Disclaimer
This website is a fan-run project operated by Thaigai-Niki. The products offered on this site are unofficial, fan-made merchandise. This is a community-focused project. Proceeds, after covering all production and operational costs, will be used as a fund for future fan activities and projects organized by Thaigai-Niki. Specific projects may also include a charitable donation component, which will be clearly stated in the project’s description.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Products and Services
- Product Nature: All items sold on this site are fan-made and created as part of fan-led projects. We aim for high quality, but please understand that minor imperfections may exist.
- Pre-Orders: Many of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided on the product page. These timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances in the production process. We will provide updates on our official channels if delays occur.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified.
- Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping: Orders within Thailand will be shipped via Thailand Post or other designated carriers. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs department. Shipping times for international orders can vary significantly.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Multiple Items In an Order: If your order contains multiple items with different shipping dates (e.g., an in-stock item and a pre-order item), your entire order will be shipped together. The shipping date will be based on the item with the latest estimated shipping date.
If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the limited-run, fan-project nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not typically accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
However, if you receive a product that is significantly defective (e.g., major printing error, broken item) or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and determine if a replacement or other solution is appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall Thaigai-Niki, our volunteers, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.
International Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
Please note that all prices listed on our site are exclusive of any destination country’s customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. When placing an international order, you, as the recipient, are considered the importer of record and are responsible for all such charges upon delivery.
These fees are levied by your country’s customs office and are not determined or collected by Thaigai-Niki. We cannot predict what these charges may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. Thaigai-Niki is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes.
